At Regina Apostolic Church’s we strive to create a vibrant and nurturing environment for students to grow in their faith and build lasting friendships.

What to Expect:

Program Structure:
Our weekly student gathering meets every Friday night, and we offer separate programs for Jr. Youth (grades 6-8) and Sr. Youth (grades 9-12). The following is the regular rhythm to our Friday evenings, there are exceptions and special events that alter it however, this is what you can mostly expect.

Arrival:

The evening begins with a warm welcome at 7:00 PM. Youth can come through the front doors, sign in, and then enjoy some social time in the gym and loft (on the 3rd floor) until 7:15 PM.

Worship:
At 7:15 PM, everyone gathers in the multi-Purpose Room for a time of worship together. This shared experience sets the tone for the evening and provides a sense of community and unity as we worship our God together.

Breakout Sessions:
Following worship, the group will split into Jr. Youth and Sr. Youth sessions. The rest of the evening is now separate programming. Jr & Sr youth are at different stages so they will get to participate in activities and discussions tailored to their age group. This separation allows us to address relevant topics and issues that resonate with each group.

Small Groups:
After the main session, youth will break into small groups that remain consistent each week. These small groups offer a space for deeper conversation, personal reflection, and strong connections with peers and youth leaders. We believe these small groups are vital for meaningful engagement and growth throughout the year.

Big Games:
We end the night with exciting big games, with unique activities planned for both Jr. and Sr. Youth. These games are a great way to build camaraderie and have fun.

Timing:
The evening wraps up at 9:30 PM. We want to ensure every youth leaves feeling valued, connected, and excited for the next gathering.

We look forward to partnering with you in supporting your child’s spiritual and personal development. If you have any questions or need more information, feel free to reach out to us. Thank you for entrusting us with your child's journey; we’re excited to see them thrive in our Youth Ministry

We ask that a parent fills out a waiver form each year for each of your children attending Regina Apostolic Church Youth Group! Thank you.

STUDENT LEADERSHIP program!

Our Student Leadership program is designed for dedicated youth in grades 7 through 12 who are passionate about growing in their faith and leadership skills. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Purpose: This program aims to guide and challenge students in their walks with Jesus, teach them about godly leadership, involve them in running the Youth Programming (Friday & Nov. Retreat), and provide opportunities for mission work in other communities.

  • Eligibility: To participate, students must be actively serving somewhere in the church. However, joining the Student Leadership program is optional and separate from regular service. They also must be willing to meet the commitments of the program (There is an understanding some huddles maybe missed but it still needs to be a priority to try to attend as many as possible

2 Main Commitments:

1.    Student leaders are required to attend a monthly Sunday lunch huddle. This huddle provides a space for growth, learning, and discussion.

2.    They are also required to join a monthly lunch date with a youth leader and a few other student leaders in order to provide encouragement and accountability in their own walks with Jesus.

Additional Commitment:

    1. They are also expected to own their own personal growth journey by either working through a devotional or a self-planned study.

    2. Mid-year retreat, although optional, we would still want Students to make it a priority to attend.

Cost: The annual fee for the Student Leadership program is $40 per student. There is a commitment to being a part of student leadership. So before applying please consider carefully. Please fill out the application below.
